Have you ever noticed your mindset and behavior when you are on a vacation or even on a weekend? Whether it is a short or a long vacation or a public holiday or a weekend, you are in a state of bliss while you forget your busy routine, relax, rejuvenate and bond with your family and friends.


Thereafter, what happens? You go back to your routine waiting for the next time you can go on a vacation or thinking about when you will get a chance to take a break while eagerly waiting for the next weekend.


But what if you return from your vacation or weekend with a unique return gift for yourself...'Change of mindset'. Yes, gift yourself this precious gift. Change your mindset in such a way that irrespective of whether it is a weekday or a weekend or whether or not you are on a vacation, you learn to live blissfully and relaxed every day. 6. Give yourself a digital detox atleast for some time daily (apart from when you are sleeping).

Change of mindset as mentioned above will not only make you live a much more productive life but also make you enjoy your daily routine and not just wait for weekend or vacation to do so.
