Everyone wants to be happy at all times. No one, even in their nightmares, wishes to be unhappy.
Therefore, we engage in acts and activities that we believe will make us happy, although on a temporary basis. This cycle continues repeatedly so that we can constantly feel the happiness vibes and satisfy our minds as well as others by revealing this temporary happiness to the world through social media with an attempt to convince everyone that we are happy.
Is this temporary happiness enough? According to www.verywellmind.com happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment. We can find countless texts and explanations on ways to become happier through different sources. But the real happiness comes from something else as it is simply connected to one's inner self.
You will no longer need to explore different things to be happy one after another. Instead, by embedding the practices that lead to real and permanent happiness in your daily routine, one can embark on a non-stop journey of blissfulness.
Let's brainstorm on the following 3Ps, which can be easily adopted to commence the journey towards permanent happiness:
1) Cherishing the Present
'Live in the moment' or 'seize the moment' are quotes we often hear. To experience happiness daily, start cherishing and not just living in the present. Rather than constantly waiting for weekends, vacations or something else, start cherishing each day to the maximum. Appreciate and mindfully embrace the 24 hours of your day, whether you spend it nourishing yourself, taking care of others, or serving society through your work, education or other means.
Don't let a day of your valuable life be spent recalling past memories or daydreaming about how your future should unfold. Constantly remind yourself of these beautiful words to make your life blissful: "Cherish, cherish and cherish - every second, every minute, every hour and eventually every day of your valuable human birth."

2) Time in Peace
Why do we love the time spent during our holidays, whether at home, at the beach or by the pool? It is because we are spending our time in peace while on holiday. However, we often forget this important ritual in our daily lives and constantly run in the rat race. Peaceful time should be an essential part of our day (ideally 2-3 times a day, even though for few minutes). You can find endless articles and research highlighting the benefits and importance of spending time alone in peace.
In today's world, where the increasing relevance of Artificial Intelligence is challenging human capabilities, taking regular moments of peace becomes even more critical. Spending time in peace daily not only helps to build resilience but also significantly boosts our happiness levels.

3) Taking charge of the Physical self
The greatest source of real happiness comes from within, specifically from one's health, mental wellbeing, and meaningful social connections. One should carefully nourish their minds and physical self with good thoughts and connect with people who inspire them to become better versions of themselves and encourage self-care.
Each of us has been gifted by God with the inner ability to recognize what helps to nourish us especially the people we feel happy to connect. We must consciously use this gift to take charge of our physical self every day. Remember, physical self-care is not limited to exercise, it includes the very important element which is mental health and the necessity to avoid other 'time killers' (read more about timekillers on https://www.sthitapragyadiaries.com/post/time-killers).
